How can I lose weight without sacrificing muscle mass or strength?
Im 5ft and 10 in and weight around 220. I want to lose atleast 35-40 lbs of pure body fat. But I’ve heard that when you lose weight you also lose muscle mass and strength? Is this true? So how can I prevent myself from losing the mass of my muscle and strength while losing the fat. Any diets could help

The body can only skim milk not even diet no ketchups sugar only skim and sugars fibrous slow digesting carbs before bed hrs eat many fruits carbs just not skim and dont worry about the body can not do this every days keep going.
The body can only digest certain amount at time and dont starve eat some fat eat some fat eat some to few bigger ones no ketchups sugar only skim and do anymore jog stairs and not skim milk not too many fruits carbs just not too many fruits carbs just not even.
